Visitors: Get Connected

Connect to WiFi

Boston College Visitor Network Access provides limited, temporary, unsecure internet access for all visitors to BC. It is your responsibility to protect your computer and/or mobile device from viruses and other malicious code. Please ensure that your system's virus protection and operating system are up-to-date and active.

Visitors must register in order to connect to WiFi at BC. All visitor access ends after 24 hours. To regain access to WiFi, each day you must repeat the steps below.

  1. Connect to the “BostonCollege” wireless network.
  2. Go to helix.dos5.net and select “Guest Registration Page.”
  3. Complete the registration form.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text with your login credentials. You can use these same credentials to connect other devices to the "BostonCollege" network.

If you have trouble connecting, try restarting your computer or device.

Note: "eduroam" and "BostonCollege" are the only official BC wireless networks. Do NOT connect to any other wireless network listed!

Visitors From Other Institutions Using Eduroam

Guests from participating eduroam institutions can connect to BC's eduroam using their home institution’s credentials. Make sure your laptop and other devices are configured for eduroam before you arrive on campus.
